Shipping Policy

At Elemental Living, each order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
• Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for in-stock items to ship. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.
• Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided.
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the U.S. only, but we’re working on expanding internationally soon!
• Local Pickup: If you’re located nearby, we may offer local pickup options, just ask!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your handcrafted art or decor, our straightforward return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with confidence in your purchase. We believe in building trust with our customers and aim to make the return process as seamless as possible. Return Policy

We want you to feel completely at home with your purchase.
• Eligibility: If you’re not satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom pieces, made-to-order designs, or items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
• How to Start a Return: Please email us at connect@elementalliving.art with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
• Refunds: Refunds (minus original shipping) will be issued once we receive and inspect your return.
• Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
