The First Deep Earth Show

There are certain moments in life that quietly divide one chapter from the next...

This upcoming Gallery Walk weekend feels like one of those moments for me.
On Friday, May 1st, during the Hot Springs Gem & Mineral Show, I’ll be sharing the debut of my body of work, 'The Deep Earth Collection', through featured art and live acoustic music at The Clubhouse at 118 Arbor St. in Downtown Hot Springs...From the outside, it may just look like a show. But inside, it feels like the first visible step of something I’ve been building for a long time.
Deep Earth was born from a desire to create work that feels grounding, alive, and that reconnects us to what matters most. Nature became the teacher...Pieces inspired by geological rock layers, earth strata, mineral forms, and natural movement, forms shaped by patience, and texture shaped by time.
This first show means more to me than displaying artwork. It means honoring the path I chose before there was proof. Continuing to create when progress was quiet. Staying faithful to what felt real even when it could only be seen by me.
It also feels meaningful that music will be part of the evening. Music is my greatest passion in this life.
Art and music have both lived in me since I was born. To bring them together in one space feels honest, like different parts of my life finally speaking the same language, like a return home.
And while this may be the first Deep Earth show…it is only the beginning.
This work will fill many more rooms, walls, gatherings, songs, and moments where something once imagined becomes tangible. Reminding us that we are creators, creating in the likeness of our Great Creator. We create the world around us...one thought at a time, one feeling at a time...I am in still in awe that my once distant dreams are coming true. I invite you to come explore the beginning of my Deep Earth Collection, listen to the music from my heart, and gather and talk over many beautiful rocks and minerals in our beautiful town of Hot Springs, Arkansas for the May 1st Gallery Walk! You won't want to miss this!
Inviting you deeper,
Haley Crabb
