It was a full moon the night of my music and art show...The Flower Moon in Scorpio, and it felt like one of those monumental moments where everything was in alignment and the Universe was showing me that I am right where I am supposed to be.

After nearly 20 years, I stepped back onto a stage with my guitar in my hands, the lights in my eyes, and the stage beneath my feet…and I felt like I was home.

There’s a moment when you’re playing music in front of people when it stops being about performing, and something else takes over...an exchange. You give something, and the audience gives something back, and it moves between you—alive, shifting, building. I looked out at all of my beautiful friends and family…my people…and felt that again, and I realized how much I’ve missed it...not just the music, but the connection, the presence, the feeling of being fully alive, and how natural it felt to sing my songs in front of an audience again. It is in me...There was no trying to be anything other than exactly what I was…am.

At the same time, I shared the first pieces of my Deep Earth collection out in the world. Not just online or in my studio, but in real life where people could stand in front of them, feel them, and take them in. And the response meant more to me than I can put into words!

I am not just a maker...I am a creator, building a world where rhythm becomes a way of living. Showing up again and again, and allowing things to unfold in their own time.

And then I realized...this is what Elemental Living is really about. Not perfection, but being present...being here and feeling it fully...letting life move through you instead of trying to control every part of it.

At the end I said some words in honor of my late brother Terence, pushed play on a recording of his song ‘Payday’, and we had a small dance party in his honor dancing to his beautiful song about FREE ENERGY! It was Epic!!

This weekend wasn’t just a show for me...it was about shining the light, so that all may remember the light within them too…

…So as the Eta Aquariids meteor shower, from fragments left behind by Halley's Comet, burns across the sky over the next few nights, I can’t help but feel my own returning to my truest self...and starting another cycle…Someone left me a beautiful Magnolia blossom on my Jeep after the night was through...later I found that it was my sweet brother Michael…symbolic because under that Flower Moon, I felt like I was opening up like a flower blossoming, because my heart was so full. And I am not chasing what’s next...because I can already feel it on its way...
